Stuart's Birthday 'experience gift'

I was absolutely delighted when I received a “Caterham Seven” experience for my birthday at venue near Oxford so we could make a weekend of it. The driving experience was excellent, the instructor giving you plenty of hints in order to get the most out of the car – then just as I was getting the hang of it my time was up!!

We headed into Oxford in the afternoon for some retail therapy and then checked into the Cotswold Lodge Hotel and what an experience. The room was quirky and spacious, with all the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. But what impressed us the most was the level of service from the staff – they were exceptional!

Next morning we visited Blenheim Palace, and despite the rain had a fantastic visit to this lovely house, learning all about the Churchill-Spencer’s and how the other half live!

Having also done a Caterham driving experience at Silverstone it was really brilliant fun. I did the Caterham Slalom Day which meant we got to slip and slide the cars and do donuts and what not. Absolutely superb enjoyment form this driving experience
