©VisitBritain Howard Sayer

FSP_HALLOWEEN_WARWICK_LARGE_042
I’ve got to admit; at first glance I would never have imagined England’s ultimate castle to be home to one of Merlin Entertainment’s biggest attractions. You can literally feel the history – which stretches back almost 1,000 years – as you enter the grounds. I think that’s what makes Warwick Castle so unique; you don’t feel as though you are visiting a theme park, you feel as though you are being transported back to the heart of Camelot...

We love…Wedgwood

WEDGWOOD

The recent Royal Wedding and impending Diamond Jubilee have reignited our love for all things royal - aren't Wills and Kate just adorable? And why not?  We could think of hundreds of English scenes to eat our scones off of.

It has been preserved as it was in the 1950s, when Agatha lived there, and visitors can view personal mementoes of the inimitable creator of Poirot and Miss Marple.

Nora Maki, our social media executive, recently spent a weekend on the English Riviera, also known as Torbay, and took the time to get to know The Queen of Crime with a trip to Greenway, the author’s summer home. Here’s her straight-to-the-point story...
